Sovereigh hill reflection

Last Monday we had a camp at Ballarat which is the place where it had a gold rush at long time ago in 1850 ∠( ᐛ 」∠)＿Everyone was excited also the people had been there before like me.On the bus teacher told us we will change into the costumes that looks like the people in 1850.

 At the start I thought we will just change into costumes and we can do any thing we want but guess what? We still needs to go to the school╭(°A°`)╮! Our school in Ballarat is called Red Hill National School. 

But before we go to our school we also went to some other places and when we went to a mine hole we watched a video about the Chinese that came to Australia to find gold that makes me terrified, because the people they never treated other people as well as they treated them selves.

     

When we finished marking around we went back to our school, our teacher wants to let us call her Ma’am. So thats what we call her for all the time.And we change into our costumes and start to get used to the life in Ballarat.

 We can also buy things like raspberry drops they are delicious(●°u°●)​ .We went there for 3 days we needs to wake up at 6 every day, which makes us feels very tired( for some of us（╯°Д°）When we get back I felt very tired when I got back to my house I had a shower and I head straight to my bedಥ_ಥ. Next time if we have camp I wish we can stay longer and get more money to buy things if we can(´-ω-`). And I learnt alot about 1850 like：how did people treated other people from other people who didn’t got their license and people who got their license. And how they treated the people from other countries like Chinese they had been treated very badly. My favourite part is when we started panning for gold I found a little nugget of gold!（＾∇＾)

Carey Celebrates Literature Blog Post

Last time, there was a author called: Mark Willson, he is a author and a illustrator, he came to our school to visit and make a lot of fun with the year 5s. My favourite part of the festivals when we started draw what him want us to draw and guess what are we drawing, because when we’re guessing it just looks not right and looked alike and that make our brain explode.

Something I learnt from Mark Willson is that he use sketch to draw and rubber out the part that he don’t needed and make it more like what it should  be.

Year 5 Market

Hello very one,I believe all of you knows that I’m a grade 5 student(if you don’t that’s fine.) In year 5 we got a very challenging activity, we’re going to make a year 5 market our self! My group have been working soo~ hard to make our market success, every body came out many ideas of what to sell but finally we came out the ideas that everyone agrees, the name of our group is Vivid! In the middle of the year 5 market we have been solve a millions of problems.

The product we’re selling is: key rings, necklace, cactus, stress balls,bandanas and bracelets! We made those our selfs, and for the materials for the items we’ve been donate from other people like other shops.for the price we’ve already have a discussion with everyone in the group, it will not be more than $6. What else do you think we needs to improve on?
